Q: Are Polymer Clay Earrings Heavy?
A: No. They may look like they are, but they are just the opposite! Polymer Clay is very lightweight, and most designs weigh less than a coin. They do not pull or weigh on the ear.
Q: Are They Good For Sensitive Ears?
A: Yes. All earrings are nickel free + hypoallergenic.
Most of the ear pins (piece that goes through the ear) used in my earrings are made of Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver.
Q: How Do I Care For My Earrings?
A: Avoid water and chemicals. Do not sleep, workout, shower, bathe or swim in jewelry. Put jewelry on LAST (after hairspray, perfume, lotion, etc.)
Do not leave in direct sunlight, as it can cause discoloring.
Q: Tarnish. Why Does It Happen? How Do I Prevent It?
A: Tarnish is a thin layer of corrosion on metals, resulting from a reaction to moisture, air or chemical compounds with the metal in your jewelry. Nearly all jewelry will tarnish over time. It is a natural process. However, there are tips and tricks to keep your jewelry looking beautiful.
- Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Do not store it in humid places, like the bathroom.
- A small zip lock bag, or a jewelry box is ideal.
Q: How Do I Clean My Pieces?
A: Gently remove dirt or makeup with a baby wipe or makeup wipe. If necessary, use a polishing cloth to remove tarnish.
Q: What If One Breaks?
A: We can work together to figure out a solution. I would first attempt to fix the piece, if it's not broken beyond repair. For some styles, I am able to replace the piece. However, for other styles, they are one-of-a-kind, meaning I would not be able to recreate just one to match.
Q: Can I return or exchange for a different item?
A: I will accept a return or an exchange if it is within 14 days of purchase, unworn and intact.
Q: Do You Offer Custom Orders and/or Bulk/Wholesale Pricing
A: Yes, I accept custom orders. If you have a specific event, color, style or design in mind, send me an email so that we can further discuss.
A: No, I am not accepting new wholesale accounts for the remainder of 2024. If you would like to be added to a list for further consideration, please send me your contact information. I greatly appreciate the interest.
As a business of just me, I'm simply unable to consistently provide a large volume of inventory dedicated to wholesale orders; (in addition to the priority of in-person vendor/art events I attend, and online ordering.
